My daughter has suffered from growing pains in her legs for years. I found a quick and easy way to help relieve the pain:
- Find a clean tube sock or athletic sock
- Fill the sock with two cups of dry white rice, make sure you don't use instant rice
- Tie a knot at the open end of the sock
- Then microwave the sock for one minute
